This place is wonderful! Perfect location to take in all that Old Quebec has to offer. Clean, well equipped with all the things you could possibly need. We will definitely rent this little home away from home again!

Although the Apt. was nice, your site should b mention there is no elevator & the sofa bed is not considered a bed!! Positive: Initially when we arrived, the name in the entrance was different & not the name I had! I called the receptionist to ask & tell her & she kept saying we were at the wrong place, when in fact we were at the correct place! We could not get in with the codes I was given, so we thought we had the wrong address per the receptionist, & kept driving to find the correct place! We finally figured we were at the correct address after by speaking to the receptionist numerous times! She then opened the b door entrance for us! This took an additional 45 minutes driving around trying to locate the Apt. building! What a mess! We are seniors (4) arriving to get on a cruise, & find they are no lift (elevator) & we are on the 3 rd floor! What difficulty we had to get our bags to the apartment! The sofa bed was awful! Very uncomfortable where you could feel the springs & metal because the mattress was so thin! All of this made our stay not very comfortable!! Negative: The stairs & sofa bed n was pretty bad!

Positive: Very nice location and well equipped! Nice decoration. Overall great choice! Negative: The sofa bed needs replacing: squeaking all the time and not comfortable. As an extra detail, we would have liked 1 large towel per person (I have asked but no reply). The bathtub was clogged.

Positive: The location was great! Close to everything within walking distance. Negative: Explanation on how to use TV - we were supplied with 4 different remotes. More wash cloths needed. No one answered our calls or emails until the day of our leaving.

Positive: Great location, it was a short walk to the main sites of Quebec. The bed was comfortable and the apt was equip with everything we needed for out stay. There was a parking lot located across the road and easy to get to.

Positive: Emplacement parfait. Cuisine super bien équipée Negative: J'avais réservé initialement pour 2 adultes et enfants. Le sofa lit n'était pas fait, pas d'indication de ou trouver la literie et pas d'oreiller pour le sofa lit. Obliger de fouiller tous les tiroirs et armoires. Les oreillers/coussins decoratifs avaient une housse mais soit tachée, soit sale. On est arrivé à 23h... ça ne nous tentais vraiment pas de faire un lit et de chercher partout. A pars de cela le logement était bien localiser, bien équipé. Les essentiels de toilette sont la aussi.

Overall was I great apartment, it was pretty clean, comfortable beds and has everything you need. Great location, very close to the old quebec port and an overall simple process.

Very good, but could use some upgrades as listed above. Positive: The location is superb, the apartment is big, full kitchen Negative: The furniture in the living room was quite old, with tears. No elevator to the 3rd floor.

Would book again. Great location! Positive: Location! Big place, very well equipped. Parking close by for about $20 a day. Walkable to the old town. Negative: A bit confusing to find the apartment inside the building. But then ok.

Positive: Convenient location to lower and upper town. We arrived by train and had a very short taxi ride to the apartment. The apartment was well equipped, and we were so close to fabulous places to eat. We walked everywhere and the walk up to the upper town was not too challenging. Keypad entry is very convenient with a locked key box at the door of the apartment. Would highly recommend. Negative: No lift but we managed ok.

Verriegelung Türe beim Hauseingang defekt.

Enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay again. Positive: Apartment was nice size and well laid out. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. Bed was comfortable with nice duvet. Air conditioning functioned well. Parking is extra, but can be easily booked across the street for a reasonable rate using Flobird app ($84 for a 7 day period). Negative: Some furniture, like the ottomans were worn out and should be replaced. Some light fixtures were not working.

Modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber Negative: Direkt an der befahrenen Uferstraße neben einem Industrieschuppen. Aussicht auf die Silos des Industriehafen. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zwischen Bad und Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafsofa ist 1,20 und für max. 1 Erwachsenen. Sehr schlechtes WLAN. Kein Aufzug

We loved every minute Positive: The Condo was clean, modern, quiet and in a Great location. Negative: We liked everything. There were a lot of tv remotes (4) and thermostats (4)…. It would be nice to have a guide explaining what they are. That’s nit picking. The place was Great…

Positive: emplacement excellent proche de tout le centre de Quebec a pied , tres facile d'acces. le calme du quartier , la vue sur le port , un appartement tres bien equipe Negative: dommage que la proprete des literies ne soit pas au rdv , oreillers tres sales ( inacceptable ) . la literie est bonne mais pas propre du tout , c'est vraiment dommage que cette note vienne gacher un peu tout le reste

Love Quebec City! Positive: Great location convenient clean comfortable. Staff went out of their way to mail a forgotten pair of glasses back to me. Negative: Just a note: no elevator.
